Good Evening,
I'm trying to setup PayPal to take payments using the API - I have entered my details and unfortunately it looks like my account isn't able to take Merchant Transactions. It's also asking for: Processor ID, Merchant ID, Transaction PW.
This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Amount => 1.00

I have Setup --> Sandbox --> Accounts --> Business PRO and this works fine in test mode, but we cannot process transactions in ''live'' mode.

Hello,
In order to process transactions in our "live" environment, you would need to to have website payments pro or another similar direct card processing product enabled on your "live" account.
I'd personally recommend using Braintree Direct, it's pretty straight forward to integrate.
