My father and I use the same paypal account for our business. We use the the same user ID and password.
So, he can do work at his place, and I can do work at mine.
He's been using Paypal for months. But 3 days ago, all of a sudden, ahe cant open Paypal.com from any computers on his home network. All other websites are asseccible with no problem. When he try to enter the address, or click on a link to take him there, it just churns and churns then times out. It never even takes him to the site, to put in his log-in.
it does the same thing on his laptop and desktop. But thats the only site he has issues with. Any ideas? he contacted his ISP, and spent 3 hours with them. They said its not them. He also tried both IE and Mozilla.
Thank you in advacnace!

Welcome to the boards!
If your father is only experiencing this issue with PayPal and not other secure sites, the most likely culprit is a duplicate host file on the computer. Unfortunately, this is something PayPal can't troubleshoot, as it is an issue directly with the PC itself. You may need to get a technician involved; run a virus scan too just in case.
Hope this helps,
Adrian
