How to add my spouse's name to my account

Hi,

I don't need to change my name, but I'd like to add my husband's first name to my account. Is this possible without creating a new account?

Hi MAMATEA,

PayPal does not offer joint accounts however, if you have Business PayPal account, you can allow other users to access your PayPal account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Manage Users" in the Account Information column.
4. Click "Add User".
5. Enter the user's name, a user ID and a password. The user will use this ID and password to log in to your PayPal account.
6. Check the box for each of the privileges you're allowing this user.
7. Click "Save".

I have no "ADD USER" in my profie options ... what am I missing?

DrKuhnert,

If the option is not available, you may need to upgrade to a Business account.  You can upgrade to a Business account by either

1) clicking on "Upgrade" under your name when you first log in; or,

2) going to Profile > Personal/Business Information > click on Upgrade.
