CAN'T GET RID OF OLD PRIMARY ADDRESS AND PHONE!

I am about to blow here! :}  I moved, and before I did, I changed my old address and phone to the new ones. Now, I noticed my PayPal card was about to expire, so I called to make sure the new would be sent to correct address. They still have old address and won't change it without someone at the old phone verifying the change. I have the account and password. All their emails come to me, so they can email the old place all they want and NO ONE is going to reply. NADA. I don't live there anymore!

Can SOMEONE please help me. The person I talked to on the phone was a total MORON. Did not seem capable of understanding they would NOT get me at old info BECAUSE I DON'T LIVE THERE ANYMORE.  Do I just have to start over and open an entirely new account?  IMBECILES.

I am having the exact same problem.  I have added my new address and home phone number but cannot delete my old address and phone number or designate my new address and phone number as "primary".  HELP!!

So I just moved and I'm trying to change my address, but, same problem as you, they want to confirm with my old address or phone number.  NOBODY THERE!!

What do I do??

Well folks...I'm just one more person having the same issues as you.  I'm directed to the same page that wishes to verify my identity with my old phone # and address.

I had the same experience!  I went round and round in a loop with the on-line account update program.  Someone must have been monitoring because very shortly after it happened, I got an e-mail from Paypal telling me they were aware I was trying to update my account but for some reason, it wasn't working.  I think, for me, part of it may have been that I hadn't used my Paypal account in quite a while.  I don't know what they did but as soon as I got the e-mail, I went back to my Paypal account update and everything worked.  All my updates "took".  Hopefully, you will have a similar experience.  I didn't try calling to talk to anyone.

Same here!!!! It also always defaults to the "old" address and I have to be very careful

before I order something that it doesn't get shipped there!!!  Why can't they fix this?
