Different billing and shipping address

My billing address and my shipping address are not the same and shouldn't be.  Is this a problem for getting things sent directly to me.  I live in Asia but all my banking is done from the states.  I want things sent to where I am in asia, will be a problem?

Many (most?) sellers will ship only to the "ship to" address on the PayPal transaction details page.  If PayPal allows you to enter the Asia address in the "ship to" section of the payment details, you should be fine.

You will find that some sellers will not ship out of the country - best to ask them first if they don't show "Asia" as a ship-to destination.
