Hello, I have sent a confirmation request for my new card that I placed on PayPal twice so it has twice blocked my commitment money. Do you know how I can change this to get my money back?

Depending on your country, if you don't confirm or unsuccessfully confirm your card, you may have to wait 60 to 75 days for the refund to be posted back to your card. And if you end up removing the card before then, you'll have to call customer service to manually issue the refund.

 

To contact customer service:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
