A few years ago,about 2015 I have been sold items on eBay.
My paypal account has been had a few disput with a few transactions and I have been resolved all of it.
But Paypal has been took $1000 in my blance to " on hold" status and I can not widthraw all money avaible from my Paypal account to my bank.
I was tried contact Paypal by email but No respond from Paypal support.
I was tried to contact Paypal by phone but It seem Paypal has been hiden that fuction.
Now,my paypal don't have disput,Paypal has been hold my money for along time. I don't know how to transfer money to my bank.
It always show my that "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." or "
There’s an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact Paypal so they can help you right away.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.

I hope some one can help me in here because It seem I dont have any another way to get help from Paypal.
