I've had a verified account for about a year now, I'm not sure what's going on?
Whenever I try to withdraw funds if prompts me with this message with a link that leads to this page. I've called the helpline, but it hasn't been any help.

Hi @Saintc,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Verified status. Have the financial instruments on your account changed at all, or has there been a failed payment from one of them? If the item used to get Verified is suddenly not in good standing, that might cause the problem. I'm sorry to hear that calling support did not fix the problem. Please try reaching out to support again. This is an account-specific issue and will need the assistance of a customer service representative if all of the financial credentials on your account are still in place and in good standing.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
