How to withdraw the balance after a 180-day limitation

Hi! Can you guys please tell me what an I supposed to do after a 180-day limitation? I haven't received any emails from paypal yet, even though 1 week has passed already. I can't do anything with my PayPal balance and I don't know what to do. Help me please! Much appreciated.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
