My Account was limited. Funds held for 180 days. Now 240 days passed I can't withdraw my money

My PayPal account was limited 8 months ago. PayPal say's I can withdraw my money after 180 days. It's has been already 240 days passed But I can't withdraw my money yet. PayPal doesn't send me any email about this topic. Now I need my money soon. Please everyone help me how do I withdraw my money now.
