Withdrawing money to PT. BANK CENTRAL ASIA TBK. keeps failing

Greetings,

Recently I've been trying to withdraw my funds to my recently-created bank account in PT. BANK CENTRAL ASIA TBK., commonly known as BCA in Indonesia. However, twice in a row I've tried, and in both instances, my money keeps getting reversed.

 

The first instance was notified with e-mail saying that my account information was invalid. Earlier before I've tried to make sure that my account name matches and according to a message from the Customer Service, it does.

 

In the second instance with the instruction from the bank's advice to slightly change the Bank ID in order to match the region, I tried the withdrawing once again. It took a long time, nearly 2 weeks until I decided to contact the customer support once again to request my money to be tracked. It was then returned back to my paypal account, this time with no e-mail noting what exactly went wrong.

 

It's becoming quite frustrating to me because this is my first time attempting to actually withdraw my money,  the 'Contact Us' page isn't exactly too helpful and the step-by-step instructions from other websites don't have matching informations at all. Any useful help and tips would be appreciated.

So is there a solution from Paypal for this? I contacted the BCA bank, and they said that all the bank info I gave to Paypal (for electronic transfer) was correct and that I should contact Paypal because it's on Paypal part to resolve this. But, as you said, Paypal only directed me to this 'Community Forum' without apparent solutions from them. Frustrating! Frustrating! Frustrating!

I do hope a real human, not a bot, from PayPal read this and can make a decision to resolve this issue asap!
