So is there a solution from Paypal for this? I contacted the BCA bank, and they said that all the bank info I gave to Paypal (for electronic transfer) was correct and that I should contact Paypal because it's on Paypal part to resolve this. But, as you said, Paypal only directed me to this 'Community Forum' without apparent solutions from them. Frustrating! Frustrating! Frustrating! I do hope a real human, not a bot, from PayPal read this and can make a decision to resolve this issue asap!
