Automatic withdrawal fails

Hi, everyone. The automatic withdrawal from PayPal to my Paytm Bank account has been completed but my bank has declined the payment due to credit limit. Now the fund has not been added back to my PayPal balance. Today’s is 7th day. Any help?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
