I've been attempting to transfer money to my Paypal acount to pay an outtanding debit amount, but after going through all the steps and hitting the Next button nothing happens and the page remains the same. My Paypal account is linked to my bank account. I 've also been trying to remove some old credit card information and the same thing occurs. I get a message saying cannot process your request please try again later. It's been almost a week, I've tried clearing the cache and using a different browser but nothing helps The site isn't working for me and I need to clear my debt as soon as possible. Is there any other way I can get the money to Paypal or another method of payment?.
