Unable to add funds to wallet

whenever i try to add money from my confirmed bank account to my paypal wallet, i get a message simply saying "We're sorry. There seems to be a problem adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us." i've had this issue for two months now and I'm getting annoyed with the fact that paypal tech support has basically just told me to ignore it. what the hell is the point of confirming my bank account or even having a damn paypal when i cant pay for anything with it. (i cant even pay for things by just using the confirmed bank account through paypal) i can make transfers but that's all i can do.

I would recommend contacting our customer service so they could look into it for you as this is a user to user forum.
