I have problem adding a bank account. My account number is only 14 digit, but the system keeps on requiring me to put a 16 digit number which is annoying. I have my bank statement on my end and i'm sure i'm putting the right account number. Anyone that can help me please. Thank you
I'm sorry to hear that the bank that you wish to add has a different numbering scheme than the input field in your account will accept. Is the bank account a US bank or one from Philippines?

Hi @PayPal_Olivia it is from the Phillipine Bank. The field button for bank acct is requiring a 16 digits bank acct number. What will i do? My bank acct is only 12digits.
I'm sorry to hear that it's showing that you need a 16 digit number. Have you tried entering the 12 digit number? Will the system accept the shorter number or is it returning the error after you enter the 12 digit number?
