years back ive used bdo cash card linked with paypal. without problems. but lately when i renewed my bdo cash card & again linked to paypal. coudnt withdraw successfully anymore. i was charge 50 withdraw fee & 250 refund charge back to paypal. only learned later bdo wont linked cash card to paypal anymore. i suggest paypal should not allow fund transfer to bank automatically until they verify the account really work in the first place to the disadvantage your customers. unless u do it on purpose for obvious reason
