Payment received but not showing in balance Revolut

Hi, I'm using Revolut for online payments with PayPal. For the first time Revolut was used to receive refund from Ebay user. I did receive money on PayPal account but it was not forwarded to Revolut card ( I did not know that I can't receive money on Revolut ). I can see refund in recent activity   on my PayPal account but not in balance. In summary of this payment says that You'll see "PAYPAL *" on your card statement, and the money is not on my card.  What to do to forward received money to balance. 

Why PayPal don't reject money from sender if someone can't receive money on their's credit card ( Revolut ).

Hi @ivek 

 

If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually take 5 business days, however, it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
