PayPal is holding my money due to internal security hold

I transfer my PayPal funds onto a prepaid PayPal card all of a sudden one day I got a message saying able to do instant transfers so the money was stuck on PayPal I call PayPal they say it's the card I called the card they say it's PayPal long story short PayPal told me everyday to keep trying and to send it to my bank to try any other way after a week of this and waiting for a whole 24 hours every time for my funds to go to a different card or bank Ford to go right back to PayPal just to be told that there was nothing wrong with my account I was told that now I'm under a internal security hold and cannot receive my money at all but I can file for one of their new PayPal cards and possibly receive my money and also maybe if I check everyday one day I'll magically be able to use it I don't know what criminal activity PayPal up to but they are all the sudden doing this to a lot of people we all need to get together and fall also you guys because they're either using our money to gain interest and make a whole lot of money all of us right now or they're up to something to try to force us to get this new card but they are the ones telling us there's nothing wrong they're the ones telling us to keep trying to use it and of course we're going to keep trying when they say there's nothing wrong and then they say that because of your activity you can't have your money PayPal you are going down and I'm contacting everyone of their Partnerships and letting them know of your criminal activity and I am placing this on Google Play App Store under every PayPal app under reviews I'm going to keep telling everyone until everyone knows what you're doing

My husband reported his card damaged....its taken 3 weeks to get here and urs still not here. All of a sudden PayPal will not let us make ANY transactions! They just keep telling us that it's an internal security error that they have no control over! We can't even transfer money to a good card we already own that's been in use for years with no issues....we are planning to sue paypal

I've been under an internal review for 2 weeks already, and ongoing. Even PayPal has no idea how it will take the system to review my account. Apparently, it found a bad transaction that it stopped. I still cannot use my account and I have an Adobe payment coming up in 3 weeks that I cannot write a check for. I don't have any credit cards and do not want them. Have no idea what's going to happen if this goes on for more than 3 weeks. And I have online classes starting up in just 4 weeks and need a tripod for my phone so I can take pictures of my homework to send in to my professor for credit. I have hand tremors, so I'm terrible at taking stable photos with my phone.
