It has been over a year trying to withdraw the money without success. I was told I need to link with Equity Bank account which I have done. It has taken me a lot of time to try and link the account until recently I managed. Now I am being told that the amount is under some investigation. This is really inconveniencing as I kept the money with the intention to utilise in times of great need like now. I need to pay school fees for my son in about two weeks' time and I was hoping this would come in handy. Kindly, can you sort out the issue and allow me access my cash in this PayPal account. You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
