So, 9;40 ish here in canada. I was buying some stuff from a freind of mine who uses paypal, i paid him around 40$ , Then he texte dme saying Paypal put the money he received from on hold , and i dont know why they put it on hold, because i purchsed so many stuff from , him and this never happens. I tried to leave a feedback but i cant beacuse im on pc (please help me) i emailed them, they emailed me back about some stuff, i called them , but disconnected after the bot was asking whats the questions i was asking. i dont knwo what to do , im giving the stuff back to him for now until my payment to him gets unhold ,i just hope it gets unhold sooner enough because this is just plain bs, the guy is so nice and now he gets this like wow...
