I am not able to send more than 20 Euro using credit card to another Paypal account

Hello,
I just experienced an issue today i want to send 300 euro to another paypal account using credit card.
The option credit card doesn`t show i only can see paypal balance. But when i enter 20 euro amount i can choose credit card?

Whats going on any one can explain!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, our security system considers a variety of factors at each transaction before it's completed and sometimes, for security reasons, a payment method may be made unavailable. However, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, I would recommend adding and using a different payment method.
