I have 3 questions... 1. If a customer pays for goods online and then comes to collect the goods themselves, how do I confirm with paypal that the items have been collected and in turn, get paid for the product? 2. How long will paypal keep putting my payments on hold for? I have only just started offering paypal on my website (maybe 3 weeks ago). How long until I become a reputable seller to be able to receive funds quicker? Thanks
