Fund are on hold

Hi all I have funds on hold in account. Item was delivered 2 days ago. Spoke to personnel on phone who told me funds would be release within. 24 hours . That was two days ago. Funds still on hold . Can my fund be release now and why are they still on hold Thanks Barry

Thanks the item has been delivered. Pay pal staff said I would receive it in 24 hours . That's 3 days ago now . She said she could see item delivered on the tracking. I should have my money now surely. This is very unfair
