Does anyone know why my payment would be pending STILL 4 days later for a person 2 person using fb messenger? I've received money from this person before and it says pending until the next morning... This time it's been 4 days... PayPal said it's fb issues fb says it's PayPal. And neither i nor the sender have a cancel or refund option
