Cant withdraw funds

My malaysia ringgit can withdraw but USD cant withdraw 

someone can help it?

You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your local bank account only in local currency (MYR).

You have to convert USD funds to ringgit first. If you have a US Bank account linked to your account then you can withdraw USD to the US Bank Account.

If you keep different currencies in your PayPal balance, then you can convert them before withdrawing:

If you have a Visa Credit card linked to your PayPal account, you can withdraw USD to it. Limitations may apply: The minimum amount you can withdraw to your Visa credit card is 10 USD and the maximum is 500 USD per day. There’s a fee of 20 MYR. The withdrawal amount will be credited to your credit card within 5 to 7 business days.
