Can't select my linked debit card while withdrawing

Hello everyone!

I linked new debit card (Mastercard, Kazakhstan issuer) to my PayPal account, confirm it and in the credit/debit cards menu it says "ok". 

But when I'm trying to withdraw my funds I can pick only older card. Why it doesn't appers in the Withraw  menu?

It maybe that you need to withdraw to a VISA in your country.

Best to check with your own customer services.

Okay, I'll try. But actually I had local Mastercard before and it works fine. Any more reasons?
