Account balance

I still have an negative balance on my account but it has already been paid off. It should be at zero but is still in minus figures. Please could I have some advice.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear your account balance is still negative. Once you've resolved your negative balance with a bank or credit card over the phone, it may take up to a business week for it to be fully resolved. Please reach out to our Customer Support if it has not been resolved within the next 1-2 business days.
