transfer issue

Yesterday I placed a funds transfer from PP to my bank. Once I clicked transfer fund pp took the amount out of my balance. Today my pp balance shows the funds are still in my pp. How do I figure out if the transfer failed or is pending? Once I submitted the transfer I got the reply of can take a a business day to show up in my bank. Today looks like I never requested a transfer.

Hey @Moopthegroup,

 

If you don't see the transfer in your Summary or Activity pages, then a transfer was not successfully initiated. I apologize for any inconvenience, but if nothing is showing, it appears you'll need to re-initiate the transfer.
