i have sent someone a transaction but i didnt recieve an email and its not showing in my activity. what do i do?

Hi Goodday @ahjalee I am hoping all is well. We do appreciate your time and effort contacting us through this difficult times. We do ask for apology for any delay or inconvenience. Did you try to send someone a payment using your paypal account?Normally once the transaction is already completed you would see that from the activity page that it is already completed. Have you tried calling the merchant to check if he/she receive the payment? chat with us by logging in to your Paypal account and go to Message center.
