sooo my problem is that i cant add funds to my paypal for some reason i have add'ed a back account but when ever i go to add funds a meassge pops up
.saying that i have to add an account (bank account ) so yeah ........ anyone ?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
