problem with billing

I made a withdrwal to my bank in Vietnam only 19.75$ in 30/10/2020 but till now it is still not transfer. I was check that problem with staff of bank who confirm have no transaction. Then I contact to support team to solve this my problem but nobody reply me.

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed the bank with the 4 digit code?

If for any reason the transfer fails then hopefully it will bounce back to your paypal balance, if not contact customer services for a trace.
