Hi there. I had a problem about linking my card to paypal. it says that I have linked it to another account even though it's my first time. cann anyone help me with the problem. thanks

Welcome to our Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding a card to your account. Normally that prompt normally means it is either currently active on another PayPal account or it has reached it's limit on how many accounts it has been active on. If you ask around your household and no one has added it to their account, I'd recommend reaching out to your card provider to request a new card.
