My paypal is permanently limited and I can no longer use paypal .180 days has passed and Ibreceived an email from paypal that My funds are eligible for withdrawal but i cannot add card to My account.it always says "theres a problem with your account"can anyone help Me with this?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
