My account was permanently limited for over 7 months now. paypal already emailed Me that My funds are now eligible for withdrawal but I cannot add/link My card. it keeps saying that "theres a problem with your account please go to the resolution center to fix it". how can I fix it if I can no longer use paypal and hello?, paypal already emailed Me that My funds are eligible for withdrawal.problem is that I cannot add/link card.
