I'm getting this error trying to send some money from my paypal to my bank. Now i can still receive payments on my paypal and i can send money with my paypal. Only thing i can't do is withdrawal. Any idea why?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
