cant add bank

What the ...., i hate this problem i i try add bank but it shows ** We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. ** how then i can add bank and take all my money back, i hat3 this ......!

You can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country.
You can only withdraw to a linked card.
