Your transfer could not be completed

I have issue transferring money to my Visa debit card with the following message:


We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer ‪840.80 USD‬ to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance.

 

If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to.

 

However I have done this transfer from the same money source to the same Visa card many times before
