I have issue transferring money to my Visa debit card with the following message:
We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer 840.80 USD to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance.
If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to.
However I have done this transfer from the same money source to the same Visa card many times before
