Hello. Recently I've sold some items. But.. After few days I've got disputes from buyers and one of them said that it wasn't working and second guy said that he didn't received. I mean ok.. They wasn't very expensive so they can keep it... But... I had -8$ negative Paypal balance and now I added some money ,so it would be on 0 and not negative, and when I'm trying to make a refund for them on first order I'm getting error message that my balance is too low and second one says that lets try that again. What should I do and how do I fix that?
