Why is my money on hold? a friend sent them to me, not a buyer!

So i have done some artwork from a friend and as a thank you he sent me an amount of money on paypal.

I have accepted the payment but it has been put on HOLD straight away, first time happening to me.

On the transaction details it told me to put "shippement" details but there s NO phisical product !! 

It was a simple transaction! Why it has been considered a selling? 

Any one know how to sort this out ?
