Hi Guys
We are a 4 month old company building our sales and have reached around £600 per day but on target for £1000 per day by the end of the week. Paypal have decided to without our funds for 30 days which will be around £30,000 by then. We can not run our business this way.
We fulfil and post our orders by franked royal mail 2nd class post, we can not fulfill by tracked post at 2.90 because our full product charge is only £3.90 including postage.
I have escalated a complaint to paypal which will be dealt with in 5 days but we can’t ask for a review until 30 days expire.
We feel our only option is to remove the paypal platform and continue with stripe only, or stop the Face Book campaign to stop the orders coming in. Either way our business is **bleep** by Paypal, any help and guidance will be very much appreciated @inspirationalwallart
