Why PayPal keep on holding payment for services.

Hi PayPal 

I don't understand why you hold the payment for services which are already delivered to client. Holding should not be done for delivery of services. Please think over it. I don't think it is in-compliance with laws of India.

Besides goods, People dispute or chargeback payments for services, too.

Click the transaction, then click Add tracking info button, then select order processed from the order status menu and ask the buyer to confirm receipt if the option is available.
