Dear PayPal Community,
I provide a streaming service on Twitch (like thousands of people do) but my account on PayPal is new. Every time I receive a donation from one of my viewers, my payment is put on hold until buyer confirms receipt.
My question is, what happens if the buyer does not confirm receipt? Do I receive the money after a certain period of time? Or do I not receive it at all?
Being a streamer, the service I provide is not a physical item that can be received, viewers just enjoy my stream and wish to support me by donating, so does this mean that every time someone donates, they will have to confirm receipt?
Side question: How long does it usually take until my account is not considered "new" any more and I receive the payments immediately?
