Hi Community! I know this question pops up a lot but it is my first time using Paypal and it's been a rocky start. I received my first payment which is now on hold. I understand that I am a new user but there is no indication that the information that I have provided [including shipping info] is accurate and enough. I am let with the most frustrating message "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery.". This is also the biggest tease because you are wrong, it's been a week and I haven't received a cent. I got bills to pay yo! I can't really build a positive reputation if you don't communicate clearly with your clients and give me a chance. you put my payment on hold because you feel its the safe thing to do but then you don't even bother asking me or my client. It's a bit hectic actually to make such assumptions, I appreciate security, don't get me wrong but your lack of communication I find disturbing. You mention in your Help Center that to receive funding earlier, my buyer would have to confirm tracking information. My buyer has received nothing. I am beyond frustrated. the list continues but let's do one thing at a time. I wait patiently for your response.
