Unverified Card

Hello. I don't know if my debit card is unverified or not but here is the issue. I have available cash in my paypal account and I recently linked my debit card to my paypal account but later when I attempted to withdraw the cash into my debit card, the withdrawal attempt was declined although I have money in my paypal account. Someone please help this confused first-time user of paypal. Kindly.

Sorry for the the trouble. 

It sounds like our internal security system is blocking your attempt to withdraw. Every transaction attempt is processed through our internal security system. If the system detects any form of risk, it can block the transaction from completing. Usually, allowing 48 hours to pass before trying again, resolves any issues.
