Unable to withdraw my funds

Hello,

 

I need some help guys. I received some cash yesterday from my client but Paypal put it on hold. I then contacted the client to confirm receipt from his end and he did so immediately. Paypal, later on, released my funds and sent me a notification that my funds are now available however, I am unable to withdraw the money since yesterday. I use the Paypal to Mpesa option to withdraw my money, I am based in Kenya and this is the error message that I receive "We were unable to capture the funds, please contact Paypal "

 

I believe that after confirmation of receipt by the client then I should be able to access my money

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
