So this is the last time I EVER use Paypal again!!!
I sent my tax refund in the amount of $4,373 I received to paypal and transferred it to my personal bank debit card on July 30th, and up to this day there is still nothing in my bank!!!
I have called every day to Paypal and every agent gives me the runaround. It has been hell. They keep telling me that I need to wait 24-72 hours for the funds to clear, they will tell me to call my bank. I've called my bank multiple times and they always tell me that paypal never sent my funds and that I need to have Paypal trace my money. I have had paypal do a trace on this transfer since two weeks ago, and still have heard nothing from Paypal.
At this point I feel so helpless!! My money of $4k is missing and Paypal is the last company that had it, and they are no help.
I please need some kind of assistance on this matter. If any of you can provide and assistance or direction in the right way I would appreciate it
