Hi, I'm relatively new to paypal, and I got a problem.
I tried to use my paypal to pay 2x85 euros, but my paypal account was in negative balance (My bank account had money to compensate once paypal would check it).
The payment got refused, so I thought I had to wait for the negative balance to be solved, so I waited, a few days later I receive 2 mails saying I added 2x 85 euros to my balance, but it was still in negative. I waited more and now it's on 0 euros. The transfers were made, all right, but I didn't receive any money on my account, can anyone help ?
