Hello, I cant't able to transfer my fund from my paypal to my bank account, and it says there is an issure with my account , can someone help me what to do, i updated all my mobile number and other info.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
