Transfer from Paypal (AU) to another Paypal (SG)

I've transferred funds from my Paypal AU account to my Paypal SG account.  The transactions on my AU (sender) account says Money Sent, while on my SG (receiver) account says Money Received however both are on Pending status. My linked bank on my AU account has already reflected that the funds have been moved to Paypal, however I am still unable to access the funds in my SG account.  I've had this arrangement for a number of years now and done this annually to cover my SG bills (I work in AU) but recall it doesn't take this long for the transfers to complete.  It has been 5 days since the transaction and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Any help is appreciated.

I understand that you wish to know about the payment you've sent. If the payment is sent as goods and services then funds will be held for 21 days. In order to release the funds earlier you can confirm the receipt of an item on your PayPal account. Please refer below link for more information to confirm the receipt of an item.
